A bold vision has been cast for the creation of a powerful, enlightened, New Urbanist community set in the popular southeast Metro Denver area.

RidgeGate is a vision for a new frontier, built on the foundation of design integrity, careful thought
process and a cooperative, innovative approach to planning. RidgeGate will raise the bar even higher for a new gateway to South Denver and the wonders of the Colorado Front Range.


RidgeGate celebrates the union of nature and the surrounding man-made environment through
innovative community design principles related to New Urbanist philosophies. RidgeGate will offer a totally new environment in this area for a broad cross section of people who choose to live, work, shop, dine, and recreate in a place that is different. Modern pioneers, or explorers, will find RidgeGate appealing as a new way of living the urban experience in southeast Metro Denver.

RidgeGate will be a community of healthy neighborhoods promoting attractive, BuiltGreenTM homes with parks and open space ranked as a high priority. Overall themes of design importance were incorporated into three primary categories: open space, transportation and urban design.

RidgeGate is a genuine community that provides the vibrant, interesting, people-oriented, mixed-use environment of an urban setting combined with the advantages of suburban life.
